How to Report a Bug
Because BlurVista is a fully client-side application (meaning all processing happens locally inside your browser and your images are never uploaded to our servers), we cannot access your device or inspect your files to diagnose issues. When submitting a bug report, please help us by providing the following details:
- The operating system you are using (e.g., Windows 11, macOS, iOS, Android).
- The web browser and version (e.g., Chrome 124, Safari 17, Firefox).
- A description of what happened, including any error messages displayed in the modal interface.
- The format of the image you tried to upload (e.g., JPEG, PNG, WEBP).
Privacy and Data Protection Inquiries
If you have questions regarding data handling or wish to learn more about our client-side processing architecture, feel free to contact us. Because we do not store, collect, or transmit any user data, we do not maintain accounts or user profiles. However, we are happy to explain our technological architecture and how on-device browser scripts safeguard your information.
