BlurVista is a client-side application, which means all image processing happens directly in your web browser on your computer or mobile device.

• We do not upload, view, collect, or store any of the images you process.
• We do not collect any personal information, such as your name, email address, or IP address.
• Your original and edited images remain on your device at all times and are never transmitted to our servers or any third-party server.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

To be perfectly clear, we do not collect, log, or have access to:

• Personal Data: Any personally identifiable information (PII).
• Image Data: The content of your images, their metadata (like filenames or EXIF data), or the resulting edited images.
• Usage Analytics: We do not currently employ any analytics tools to track your interaction with the site, such as clicks, features used, or time spent. If we ever implement analytics to improve our service, we will only use privacy-respecting tools that collect anonymous, aggregated data, and this policy will be updated accordingly.

• Face Detection Models: For the "Auto" mode, we load pre-trained face detection models from a trusted Content Delivery Network (CDN). Your browser fetches these models, but your images are processed locally. No image data is ever sent to the CDN or any third party.
• Web Fonts & Libraries: Like most modern websites, we may load common fonts and code libraries from CDNs to ensure the application is fast and reliable. These requests are standard web practice and do not grant these services access to your personal data or images.

5. Data Security

The security of your data is guaranteed by our architecture. Since your files are never uploaded, there is no risk of a server-side data breach exposing your images. You maintain complete control and custody of your data on your own device.

6. Children's Privacy

BlurVista is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Since we don't collect any data in the first place, we do not have a way of identifying the age of our users.
